Our site is independently owned and operated from Australia by Octomedia Pty Ltd, publisher of Inside Retail, the annual Australian Retail Chain Directory, and the Australian Retail Outlook.

Inside Retail is committed to selecting relevant, interesting and useful books relating to the retail industry - and associated small business books to help retailers improve their skills and boost their bottom line.

We are committed to serving you professionally and promptly. If a book is showing on our website as in stock we will despatch your order within one working day once payment is confirmed. If it is not, we will contact you without delay and advise a new delivery time and give you the opportunity to choose between waiting for your order or having an immediate refund to the card you used to pay.

The books on our site are sourced from Australia and abroad. They cover retail disciplines such as visual merchandising, store design, branding, marketing, technology and shopping centre marketing. In addition to those we carry a growing stock of general business books which you might find hard to locate in a traditional bricks and mortar bookshop.
