Refunds, Shipping and FAQ
Q. How long will it take for a book to arrive?
A. Allow between three to five working days from day of purchase, depending upon your location in Australia or New Zealand. We ship via Australia Post unless otherwise requested.
Q. What should I do if my book arrives damaged?
A. Return the book in its original wrapping to us – preferably wrapped in bubble wrap – and we will replace the book at no charge.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. You may return books that remain in mint condition within seven days of receipt. Books with CD roms or disks cannot be returned once the seals on these items have been broken. Please ensure returned books are well packed to prevent damage - preferably in the original packaging and that the original packing slip is enclosed. The original postage and packing charges will be deducted from the refund.
Q. Do I need to be a subscriber to an Octomedia publication, or registered with the website in order to buy a book from you?
A. No. Anyone may order books from this site online – however overseas purchasers need to email to confirm current postage rates by prior to ordering.
Q. How do I know my order has gone through?
A. You will receive an email confirming your order as soon as it is approved (usually within 24 hours).
